Biography
AJ is a proven leader in strategic planning, adept at integrating market data, financial analysis, and diverse stakeholder perspectives to develop actionable, high-impact strategies for purpose-driven organizations. With extensive experience in advising over 50 educational institutions and more than 15 professional services firms and not-for-profit agencies, she specializes in aligning organizational goals with market realities to drive sustainable, mission-driven outcomes.

As a business strategy consultant, AJ leads strategic objectives alignment sessions, ensuring leadership teams and stakeholders collectively define priorities while drawing from market trends, financial assessments, and qualitative insights. She conducts in-depth qualitative research, including focus groups and individual interviews, to assess current and aspirational thinking, while incorporating quantitative market and financial data to create strategic plans with measurable objectives, defined roles, and clear implementation timelines. By translating market insights and financial feasibility findings into strategic direction, she enables organizations to anticipate challenges, seize opportunities, and remain adaptable in evolving environments.
With a strong passion for cross-cultural strategy, AJ began her career in public relations and social media marketing for international technology firms expanding into East Asian markets, particularly South Korea. Being bilingual in English and Korean, she successfully developed and executed integrated communication strategies, leveraging social media campaigns and public relations initiatives.
