Biography

Joe serves as a Project Coordinator at Volz Company, supporting real estate advisory services and owner’s representative engagements. Working closely with project managers, Joe helps ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, he conducts in-depth qualitative and quantitative research, as well as market and demand analysis, to provide insightful recommendations to the team. 

Prior to joining Volz, Joe interned at Marcus and Millichap within the Real Estate Services practice. His current role benefits from his relevant experience in commercial real estate investment and business planning. Joe graduated with cum laude honors from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2023 with a BS in agricultural business. He concentrated on real estate development and finance and actively participated in both the Cal Poly Real Estate Club and Entrepreneurship Club.
