Fred has four decades of successful private and institutional capital investment and advisory experience with over $8.0B of transactions. He is currently the founder of  Corion Enterprises, a boutique brokerage that has advised top clients to exceptional returns on investments.  Previously, Fred was EVP of Capital Markets Group at Kennedy Wilson Properties. Throughout his career, Fred has held a number of executive management and partner roles including: EVP of Capital Markets at Colliers International; VP of Capital Markets at Cushman Realty Corporation; VP of Acquisitions and Development at Homestead Village; EVP of Real Estate at Koo Koo Roo Restaurants; VP of Development at Santa Anita Realty Corporation; Manager of Acquisitions and Development at Kaufman & Broad; CEO & Founder at Córdova Chase Company (Industrial Development) and Partner and Managing Director at Investment Building Group (Industrial Development). Board President of SHARE Foundation.
